The ManuTech Declaration: Makkook AI, Promech Group, and Fruitful Solutions Reclaiming Industrial Sovereignty in the Middle East

CAIRO, EGYPT – Hosted by ITIDA EME in Imhotep Innovation and Development Center, Today marks a historic shift in the Manufacturing Industry with the launch of the ManuTech Alliance: a strategic powerhouse formed by Makkook.ai, Promech Group, and Fruitful Solutions.

As global supply chains face unprecedented volatility, the Middle East is entering a new era of Industrial Self-Reliance. For decades, regional manufacturers have relied on international legacy vendors, often facing the high costs and operational latency inherent in ‘one-size-fits-all’ global solutions.

We are bringing elite, award-winning optimization logic directly to the regional factory floor. By localizing world-class innovation, we provide manufacturers with the best of both worlds:

• The responsiveness and agility of a domestic strategic partner.

• The scientific power and mathematical rigor of an international heavyweight.

By fusing Makkook’s peer-reviewed Decision Intelligence with world-class engineering and digital transformation, we have built a Decision-Native Ecosystem where AI logic and physical hardware breathe as one.

While traditional systems merely record the past, we provide a continuous, autonomous execution loop that converts waste into throughput in real-time.

This is more than a partnership; it is the birth of a new category. We are no longer consumers of industrial innovation, we are its Primary Architects.
